Orders placed online will be shipped within 1 business day.
If an item is not in stock at the time of order, we will contact you within 24 hours and notify you about the next available delivery date and/or the option of selecting another style or color. If the options are not to your satisfaction we will gladly refund your purchase.
Our standard method of shipping is USPS or UPS ground. Ground shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. Packages shipped USPS ground cannot be tracked. All P.O. Boxes provided for items purchased will be sent via USPS.
If an incorrect mailing address is supplied by the customer then we will make all efforts to contact you in order to verify and correct the information if we are aware of the error. If packages are returned and deemed non-deliverable, Art of the Bike LLC will hold the returned item until the customer can be contacted or 30 days whichever comes first. Additional shipping charges may and will be applied to items that need to be re-shipped.
All international orders will be shipped via UPS International. Terms listed for Domestic Shipping are applicable.
Art of the Bike goes to great length to ensure the quality of our product and the customer service we provide. If you receive any product that is damaged please notify of within 48 hours of receipt and we will directly notify the carrier immediately. Upon return we will send you a direct replacement for that item. If you are not satisfied with an item or style or you simply have ordered the incorrect size please contact us within the 7 days or receipt and we will exchange that item as long as it is in original condition. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
If an item needs to be returned due to manufacturer defect within 30 days of purchase or an error on part of Art of the Bike LLC please contact us at email@example.com and a call tag will be issued for the returned item.
